Refund Policy

Welcome to the refund and return policy of domycourse.net. Please dedicate some time to thoroughly review all the information provided here. If you find yourself unsatisfied with any of the services offered by domycourse.net, you have the option to request a refund within five days from the date of your order placement. Should the services you’ve requested not be fully available, a refund will be issued proportionate to the unused services. Should no refund request be received within five days of the delivery of your purchase, it will be assumed that both parties are content with the delivered order. In cases where the refund request is promptly lodged after payment and within five days:

1- Compensation based on a percentage will be provided if a service or product development initiative is already underway.

2- Refunds will be processed if requested within 30 days of purchasing the service.

3- It’s important to note that fees for expedited services are non-refundable. Additionally, orders expedited for quicker delivery and modifications made within a 24-hour window are not eligible for refunds.

Claim For Refund?

In order to enhance the probability of a successful refund application, please ensure that you adhere to the following stipulations:

1- If you wish to initiate a refund request, you can communicate with us via support@domycourse.net.

2- Subsequently, you will either receive an email from our refund division confirming the approval of your refund request, or we will make diligent efforts to swiftly address your concerns in line with our return policy.

3- It will be necessary for you to discontinue the utilization of any services provided by domycourse.net.

Policy For Careless Clients
In the event of a personal matter, the client holds the option to halt the project by means of an email communication. However, should the client display negligence for a period of 45 days, any requests or reimbursements for orders will not be considered. Following the lapse of 45 days, the client will need to initiate the process anew, incurring a fee of $150.
